Brand & Identity
Created the name, positioning and strategy from scratch, then built the full visual identity — logo, brandbook, and merch (t-shirts, stickers) — into one consistent brand across every touchpoint.
Product & Interface
Designed the interface concept for the AI agent and expanded its capabilities with gamification and an achievement system, adding depth to how users engage with it.
Website
Built the project's website end-to-end, turning the product story into a clear, compelling page that shows what Vulpy does and why it matters.
Fundraising
Packaged the full project narrative into a pitch deck and led the submission to venture funds, including a16z.
