The website coolin.cc is operated by Vadim Coolin as a personal portfolio and case-study archive. For any questions about this policy, you can reach the owner at hello@coolin.cc.

We do not collect personal information through this site. There is no account system, no newsletter signup, no contact forms, no order or payment processing, and no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

The only data stored on your device are two functional preferences: your theme choice (dark or light), kept in your browser's local storage under “theme-preference”, and short-lived session flags used to coordinate page-transition animations, kept in session storage and cleared automatically when your browser session ends. Both stay on your device and are never sent to us or to any third party.

Like most websites, this one is served by infrastructure providers (GitHub Pages and Cloudflare). As part of operating the site, these providers may process standard technical data — such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps — in connection with delivering content and protecting the site from abuse. This data is handled under the respective providers' terms and policies and is not used by us for profiling or advertising.

We do not use cookies. The local and session storage described above are not cookies and never leave your device.

The site contains links to third-party services, including email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Threads, Bluesky, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram and Pinterest. If you follow such a link, the destination service collects and processes your data under its own privacy policy. We do not control those services and do not share your data with them.

If you write to us at hello@coolin.cc, you voluntarily provide your email address and whatever information you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you and do not share it with anyone.

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.

Because this site collects no personal information, there is in practice nothing to access or delete — but if you have any question, contact us at hello@coolin.cc and we will respond without undue delay.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised, and material changes will be announced on the site.
