What I Did for Group Optimizer App
Domain Research
Learned the client's actuarial mechanics from scratch to translate a highly technical calculation process into a clear, usable interface.
UX & User Flow
Ran in-depth user research and built the user flow and wireframes, then validated them through testing to keep the app intuitive despite its technical complexity.
Branding & Design System
Built the app's visual identity and a full design system, giving a technical, data-heavy product a consistent, professional UI.
Process Leadership
Owned the entire design process end-to-end — defined every stage, guided the client's team through each phase, and secured sign-off directly from stakeholders at every step.
